Pilates in the Sea
Have you ever tried pilates? Pilates is something similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations and progressions, you may have a hard time getting bored with Pilates.
I've been visiting pilates training 2 times per week for one year in Crete. I love it and think it's one of the best sport training for woman because you get beautiful forms, become strong and powerful but still stay feminine and attractive. By living now in Corfu I have no possibility to take a group training, so I make pilates by myself cause already know a lot of exercises. Best place for this style of training is beach in the sea where you can relax and enjoy the sound of waves and feel warm greek sun even in December.
For sport I always prefer Legging Tight Pants in black or grey color. This time I was wearing the black one from PPZ. It has perfect quality and gives very gentle and comfortable feeling to skin. From up I was wearing Long Sleeve Crop Top in same black color.
I have a special cover for the beach from United Colors of Benetton. We keep it in car and use it for seat on the beach, for picnics (my favy) and for sport in nature. It has even secret pocket inside for mobile, earrings and keys.
